Looking good, bro. Are you on a set lifting schedule, or do you train instinctively? I noticed that last week you did shoulders following your back workout, and this week you did them after chest.

Do to my job I don't have a set schedule. My work schedule is a minimum of 72 hours straight and if I'm running calls all day or night it fucks up a set schedule. So I try to get legs, back, and shoulders when I'm home (but I also have a lifting partner and our program is never on the same page). Chest and arms I can do at work easy.
