Don't expect much in terms of detail, just sexy time pictures. I work out at home and the heaviest DB's I have are 40's, I just bought them about 3 weeks ago. I try to focus on super strict form at a slow pace.
MONDAY: Flat Bench - 1x13(120), 3x5(150) bigtime struggle on last rep of the last set Standing Military DB Press - 3x8(40) Flat Bench DB Flys - 3x11(40) Standing Hammer Curls - 3x10(40) TODAY: Wide Grip Pullups - 1x10, 1x5 Deadlifts - 1x10(170), 1x5(230), 1x3(230), 1x5(220), 1x3(220) Single Arm Bent Over DB Rows - 3x16(40) Standing BB Curl - 3x10(70) BB Shrugs - 3X12(120) SEXY TIME!!!

- A shitty York flat bench set with one of those 20 pound bars
- A homemade pullup bar - (2) 50 pound plates - (4) 25 pound plates - (4) 10 pound plates - (8) 5 pound plates - (8) 2.5 pound plates - 40, 30 and 25 pound DB's I'll take pic when I get a chance

Thx for the compliment. Nah I'm not a fighter. But I'd love to be as in good shape as ST.Pierre is. I want to get to 5"11 at 180 at 9% BF. Right now I'm at 162, not sure about the BF but I have no abs.

Flat Bench - 1x14(120), 2x6(150), 1x4(150)
really wanted to hit 6 Standing Military DB Press - 3x10(40) Flat Bench DB Flys - 2x12(40),1x13(40) Standing Hammer Curls - 3x7(40), after giving myself a reality check and not trying to be Hercules, stricter form, got a better pump ![]() 1x6(150) is a hell of a lot rougher than 1x3(160). Going for 1x1(165) on friday, trying to bench my BW for the first time. Going to weigh in next monday as well.
