Wink BayAreaMike and the BAYAREA WEIGHTS

CURRENT STATS
Age: 21
Height 5'10"
Weight: 190 lbs.
Estimated BF: 11%
Experience: I have been lifting weights on and off since my 14th birthday. I have been consistent for about 2 years. I carry a NASM personal training certification and have read many bodybuilding books, my favorite being The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

GOAL - 200 lbs with 8-9% BF

SPLIT
Day 1- Chest/Biceps + 10 min Cardio
Day 2- Legs
Day 3- Back/Triceps + 10 min Cardio
Day 4- Light Cardio
Day 5- Shoulders/Calves + 20 min Cardio
Day 6- Arms
Day 7- Off

The reason I am doing Arms and Calves twice a week is because those are what I feel my weak points are. I am going to be changing my workouts every week although I will be keeping this general split.

DIET

I love food too much to count calories and eat perfectly, but I will follow this general outline.

9 AM- Oatmeal
11 AM- Fruits/Vegetables(Apple and Banana usually or celery with peanut butter)
1 PM- Protein Shake in water.
2 PM- Miracle Greens vegetable juice.
2:15 PM- ***WORKOUT***
3:30 PM- Eggs w/ bread & fruit, or sandwich.
4:30 PM- Chips & Salsa, or more fruit, or cereal.
5:30 PM- Dinner- Spaghetti/potatoes, steak, chicken, something with meat.
7:30 PM- Peanuts
10 PM- Protein shake in water.

Supplements

1. Standard Whey Protein
2. BCAA's pre/during/post workout
3. NO2- Will start NO2 in about 6 weeks. Haven't decided on the brand.

Suggestions
If anyone has any suggestions please don't hesitate to comment. Hope you all enjoy my log. I apologize for not having pics.

I always try to hit biceps and calves twice a week no matter what my split is. They are weak bodyparts for me as well (aesthetically, not so much strength wise). I like that you aren't hitting cardio on leg day too.
It's about time you started a journal here

Looks like a solid log on the way! Question tho, what do you want in an NO2 product? YOu mean preworkout creatine/ceffeine blend or something like NO2 black? IF you want the powder I've tried almost every one regrettably and I can let you know what lives up to the hype. Good luck at the gym man!

I've been using NO2 (MRI) off and on since about 2002, and it's amazing how much stronger I am when I combine it with creatine.

Interesting. FWIW I wasnt bashing it, I just havent used it, and MRI is kinda pricey for me. I'll have to look at the blend and see what it is. Maybe I'll even put my ski mask on and get me a bottle!

no, i am not going to take creatine yet. i just want a good no2 pump. i was gonna do 4 weeks no2, 4 weeks creatine ethyl ester. then 3 weeks off, followed by 6 weeks of both. (if i can stay motivated for that long)
