140X10 150X8 155X8 145X8 Decline Bench: 150X10 160X8 170X8 180X6 Flat Flye: 45X8 45X8 45X8 Front Raises: 20X12 20X12 20X12 Delts were really sore, and i just felt really worn out. Still had a solid workout and hit some good prs. If i feel this way next week ill take a few days off. |
