Did back/bis tonight.
EZ curl bar curls: warm up:55x10 85x4 80x6 80x5 75x6x2 T bar rows (not including the bar in the weights): warm up: 45x10 90x8 135x6 (kinda struggled) 125x6x3 Straight BB curl: 45x10 85x5 85x6 (last two were forced reps) 80x6 (last two were forced reps) Lat pulldowns, don't remember the exact weight I did. =/ Cable curls: 30x6 25x8 25x6x2 20x8 Pretty sure thats all I did. |

I'm taking a week or so off of deadlifting. Gonna hit it back hard again after a few workouts without it.
Started with the EZ bar because every so often I switch up what exercise I do first. Sometimes I'll start with deads, sometimes with db curls, sometimes with lat pulldowns. Just like to mix it up. |
