I've gotten pretty sick between last night and today. Still went to the gym. Didn't work out as hard as I wanted.
Anyways, pretty much my workout: DB flat bench press: 50sx10 60sx5x2 55x5-6x3 DB incline bench: 45sx6x4 (was starting to get exhausted here) Then did a variety of tricep cable pulldown exercises. Like 3 different exercises with varying weight. About 3-4 sets each. 10 reps on all of them. Cable flies: 50-60(on each side)x4x5-6 That was pretty much it. I did a few sets of shrugs to end it. Wasn't a great workout, but it wasn't terribly pathetic. |
