This is my journal
And u are my help

Brief intro:
Height: 182cm or pretty close to that

Weight: 3 weeks ago is when i changed over from cutting to bulking, at that stage i was weighing in at roughly 165, 3 weeks of lots of eating has got me to 176, which might sound like a big jump, but from restricted calories to excess i dont think it is, anyway this is usually where i get stuck, my heaviest ever is 180-182 so gonna be glad to get past that.

Time training: too long for the amount of results i have seen, so its time to kick it up a gear

396 x 6 - this was a fuck up, the back rest of the leg press machine unclipped somehow and the backrest dropped 1 notch on my 1st rep, had to get help getting out of the machine cos the weight was almost touching my backside - fucking machine trying to fuck up my hip, anyway got myself together and did the fucken set.

Lying leg curls

66 x 15
77 x 12
88 x 9

SLDL

88 x 15
110 x 12
110 x 10

that was it for today, got the hell out of there cos didnt wana further agitate my hip.

yep i know, got to get a decent base, think ive been selling myself short by bulking a bit, then cutting etc etc, think im going to stay on bulk for quite a while to get some decent size...

imo never cut. Cutting is for people with heavy lifts and lots of muscle to spare, which neither of us has. Every time I cut I end up looking emo and then struggling to get a decent build again, I say just focus on heavy compounds and if you're putting on too much fat decrease caloric intake a bit
