Reducing bf% may reduce the appearance of it, but will not get rid of it. And if it's from puberty, say oh hai to surgery.

Why would that matter? It's still a result of a (past) hormonal imbalance, right?

It looks bit better with fat loss but it won't just go away. You can't "burn" gyno off.

It's from puberty obviously and I already know surgery will be necessary. I'm asking if there's anything I could take that may make even the slightest difference.

I don't see how I could get a doctor to prescribe me letro.
