GNC gives very little gas even when combined with milk, but damn expensive, I got it from ddct for cheap.

Muscle milk is overrated and overpiced.

Try getting some whey and mixing it with ground up oats. The fiber should help you digest it.

Oh and I think Dymatize is a good alternative that taste pretty damn good.

huh? Fiber doesn't help you digest stuff. It slows down the digestion of sugar (mainly if it's soluble fiber) and it helps keep things moving through your digestive tract.

When it comes to whey, just try a few and see if they don't upset your stomach.

If they all do then you might wanna switch to whey isolate and see if that helps.

Or you might wanna try a meal replacement instead. They usually got a mix of whey/casein and carbs as well. Make sure the one you get isn't just pure sugar for the carbs though, lol (unless you actually want that postworkout, and some folks do).

muscle milk actually is less than dymatize from gnc the first week of the month.

anways i think im going to go back to the wheybolic stuff, not really sure what the difference between it and 100% whey is, but i didnt affect my stomach at all.

Its 75 bucks for 2 tubs the first week of the month (buy 1 get one 1/2 price plus 10% off with goldcard)
