Anyone get like ubber hungry while on it?

If by Active Extreme you mean cannibis sativa, yes. However, if you mean Activate Xtreme, it would be normal to get the munchies from the elevated hormones. Steroids and PH's are best taken on a bulk and this side effect makes it easier (body needs more macros, etc.).
