I started taking this pre-work out and during mixed with Purple wraath. I'm getting a good amount of endurance from it, it delivers a smooth energy and I've never crashed after taking it. The taste is ok. Not great but who care's about the taste anyways. IMO this stuff works and it's my new favorite pre-workout supplement.

I did a log for them with that stuff. Not bad. Not overally powerful either. I've been using White Flood lately and that stuff is pretty strong and I like lemonade flavored stuff.
