Deadlift, Squat, and Bench. What are yours? Let's throw in Military press just for the hell of it.
Deadlift: 350 Squat: Around 275...I might have gone up I haven't squatted heavy in a while. Bench: I'll say 210, I think I can get 215 fresh though. Total: 835 ![]() Military: 170

Your bench is great, why not max deads though? I go to max on almost every deadlift workout I do haha...well it's not a true max because I'm worn the hell out but I do go to 1 rep and it has worked really well.
