just sayin' , no wrist wraps no chalk, gay ass slippery bar or I could have gotten 375. most guys just round it to a million when they see it.

I'm only aware of one person here that has done multiple reps with 365 on bench...

I would actually like to thank "Nate" my spotter. He spotted the sets before it, 275, 325 then 365, I had him practice spotting the two sets before hand so we could get it down before I attempted it, without his time and effort for those 3 sets it would not have been possible.

Don't you workout in a shack w/ no spotter... I'd be scared to try anything over 315 without a spot...seriously.

315 doesn't bother me because I can do that 7 or 8 times pretty easily and I can judge how many more reps I have left in a set. Most of the time I only go up to 335 for sets of 5 on my heavy days and don't really need a spotter. When I do go heavier I lift in my power rack and set the pins to just below chest level so that if I fail I can just roll the weight off my chest and onto the power rack.
Working out alone has its advantages and disadvantages... I don't have to wait for my partner between sets, so I can jump back into it whenever I want which is usually around 30 seconds or less. The disadvantage is that I can't do forced reps so I have to do a lot of supersets and drop sets, and keep my rest periods short.
