Default Super Training Push/Pull results

Bench:
opened up at 253lbs, pressed it easy as **** but my ass came off the bench so no lift.

2nd attempt at 264lbs, same deal with the pressing and the ass.

at this point when i sat back down i was shaking.
scared as hell that i was gonna bomb out

didn't want to bomb out of the meet, so i took 264 again and changed my foot position and got zero leg drive at all, but i still pressed it and stayed in the meet.

on to the Deadlifts:

warmed up to 425 and it felt kinda heavy so i was worrying about my opener a bit but it was no big deal

opened at 473, good lift

went over to the announcers table to pick my 2nd attempt and i chose 501 for a 22lb meet PR. ive been wanting to pull this on the platform for a while now so i'm glad i did it.

3rd attempt at 507lbs, good lift. i tried to go too fast and ended up starting with my hips a little higher than usual but still got the left. lockout was a grinder.

I was driving home and thinking about shit, I'm not sure about bench but I want to pull 600 by the time I'm 23. I don't know how realistic that is but it gives me something to shoot for. 4 years to go!

Anyways, this was a great meet and I'm glad I got to be a part of it. Lots of awesome lifting. I can't express enough how awesome of a meet this was.

Isaku900 hit his first 500 bench (501) and smashed it. Definitely had more in the tank. Same with his 600lb raw deadlift, smoothe as hell all the way through lockout. Congrats buddy!

my pulls

and

me getting made fun of

Nice lifts brah, you'll definitely get 600 by 23...it's just a matter of what you'll weigh when you get it.

The stronger you get on moderate-rep sets, the bigger you get

Welcome back, son. Strong lifts, you'll be pulling 600 by then I'm sure... that's a lot of time. I still think you'll hit 600 before I do.
