best bicep movement is rotating bicep curl. start in nuetral grip then move to supinated grip thats working the bracha(spelling shit), long head(flexion of elbow),shorthead(flexion of elbow and external rotation of the forearm)....
of course thats all in book to develop the most complete bicep trageting all 3 main parts. as far as power lifting goes id just do heavy hammer curls and heavy barbell curls.
