My gym has a big chain like they pull in strongman comps and tires how should I put them into Sheiko?

Just wear the chain and a 1000 Lb tire all the time, even when you are going around to different station. You'll be dragging the tire from pec dec to a bench.

It'll make your exercise selection get better.
