I'm used to my Suzuki GS500E, and OH MY GOD the ZX7R was faster. XD

5th gear at 6k rpm on the GS500 was ~65 mph
3rd gear at 5k rpm on the ZX7R was ~70 mph

Teaching is taking alot of time, he has the mechanics down... kinda. But as for the unwritten rules, (don't ride on cracks, near cars, alongside cars, etc.) He's not picking it up very well.

You just can't ride a bike like you drive a car, recklessly. XD

Yea the gearing is crazy. My 636 will hit 65-70mph in FIRST gear. I can go 0-100mph and only have to shift once leaving the other 5 gears for 100-160mph.
